It features a triple display that simultaneously shows current, minimum, and maximum temperatures, and allows users to set high and low alarms in 1° increments. The thermometer reads ambient temperature or probe temperature, and the probe is attached to a 10-ft (3-m) micro-cable that permits the door to close on it, with both the probe and cable being submersible.

The Traceable Fridge/Freezer Digital Thermometer (item number 94460-71) includes a flip-open stand, hook-and-loop strips, 2 AA batteries, and a NIST-traceable certificate.
